bad nosebleed, vomiting blood and blood in stool

Last night I suddenly within the space of five minutes felt ill, i scraped my nose and had a gushy nose bleed which was really messy and it wouldnt stop, I then proceeded to puke a batch of bright red blood along with a few pieces of my food. It all stopped after abo 20 minutes however i was very dizzy, pale and sweating.

I woke up today fine, no more nosebleed or vomiting but i noticed a few drops of blood in my stool. im a 16 year old white male who is about 5'10 and 170 pounds although ive been dieting recently. i thought it was due to me eating prawns for the first time and just having an allergic reaction but im scared i have stomach cancer

Please help

Allergies don't cause frank hemoptysis like this. Go to a doctor.

Go to your doctor or to an ER immediately. This is not normal, will likely not resolve, and even if it does, needs to be evaluated.

You need to be seen by a doctor. This could be something very serious. Don't take chances. Have you told your parents about this?

If you have no more obvious bleeding and otherwise feel fine, it can probably wait.
