Whenever I wake up from a nap I have the sensation of intense pressure behind my nose and forehead. Often accompanied with headache and blurred vision for intermediate distanced objects. Any ideas?

The title explains it all. Those are my symptoms and I've never been to a doctor about it. I'm asking this question here because nobody within my circle of friends goes through anything similar.

These symptoms arise almost every time I take a nap (usually lasting an hour or longer) and have been present for as long as I can remember. I wake up with the pressure, within a few moments feel the headache, and then realize I'm straining my eyes to focus on objects (it's not like my vision goes to crap, I can just tell that it is slightly adversely affected).

I asked this in [r/DAE](http://www.reddit.com/r/DAE) and was told that it's a migraine brought on by caffeine withdrawals but I don't necessarily buy that. I've never had these symptoms when I wake up in the morning; they *only* occur after waking from a nap (usually in the mid afternoon). Also, I rarely consume caffeinated beverages. Occasionally I will drink an iced tea (It's been over two weeks since I've had my last one and I had these symptoms two days ago after a midafternoon nap).

Doc, do you have any idea what this might be? Or what these symptoms might be attributed to?
