Male under 25. Right testicle is Experiencing mild discomfort, almost painful if touched. The testicle is raised and feels as if it is been twisted. It's varied between feeling like it's been twisted 90 to 180 degrees. Feels like the connecting cord is more frontward than usual. Doesn't feel as if the testicle is sitting right.
From what I read online, a major symptom is sudden and sharp pain which I don't seem to have but the rest of the description feels right. I know this is supposed to be a immediate medical concern so I don't know what to make of it.
So does this sound like torsion or is something else potentially going on? Thanks for your help.
Why are you screwing around online then? You have 6 or so hours before your ball is unsavable if its true torsion. Could be something simple like epididymitis but get to a doc ASAP. I know me and my balls are pretty good friends, I wouldn't ever want to risk losing one
I didn't know what was happening to my testicles, they just hurt extremely bad. I tried to stand up and see if i could walk it off, next thing I know I'm gagging about to throw up. I rushed to the ER. Luckily my pain was so severe (I couldn't sit down on the wheelchair they brought to the car) that they took me straight back. I got an ultrasound diagnosed testicular torsion and got an emergency surgery. I got 15 stitches on my scrotum. Shit was gruesome, I could NOT take that pain any longer. Get to the doctor ASAP if you ever feel that your testicle is turned.
