Donated blood, arm is bruised slightly and in pain when I move it: Can I play video games still?

I donated blood about 6 days ago now. Some small bruises have appeared around the spot where they drew the blood from, and it hurts when I bend my arm or flex it. Now reading online it appears this is normal and it should go away eventually, but it will stay longer the more my arm is active. While playing Computer games my arm doesn't hurt or anything, but I'm still "using" my arm for the game, so would gaming all day make it stay longer as if I was lifting something?

Nope, you can play games. But it might be easier if you just rest your forearms against a cushion or something instead of dangling it in the air.
