I've started to do martial arts again after a while. I've been practicing kicking for a month in a half now, and the past 3 days, and the left side of my left shin is feeling like it's trying to bend outwards. If. I know it feels like this because if I push on it on the right it feels as if it will bend more, and if I push the other way for a while it starts to feel better. Please help it hurts to walk.
