Creatinine (Urine) tests results. Is something wrong with my Kidneys?

I recently had a physical done for a life insurance policy and my Creatine (urine) results came back with 256.9 mg/mL. On their chart, it shows that I am within the normal range 27-260mg/mL, but I'm worried by the fact that I'm so close to the upper limits.

Doctors, can you help me understand the cause of this high level? Is this ok?

You are within normal limits, which means your kidneys are fine. Something as simple as going for a run or going to the gym to work out can raise your creatinine. Don't worry, you're fine.
