Constipated for 2.5 weeks and MiraLax/suppositories/enema/magnesium citrate are not working.

I am a 21 year old female. I am 5'4 and weigh approx. 106 lbs.

I have been constipated for 2.5 weeks. I believe the constipation is due to some of the psychiatric medications I am taking. This prolonged constipation has happened to me one time a year ago, but it fixed itself eventually.

As for what I have done so far with this bout of constipation- I have taken MiraLax every day for 7 days. On top of that I have done 3 suppositories and an enema. These methods produced very small bowel movements directly after the suppositories/enema, but no other bowel movements after that. I went to the doctor today and he was extremely unhelpful. He told me to just keep taking more MiraLax (which obviously isn't helping). Eventually the nurse felt bad enough for me after seeing that the doctor was useless, so she whispered to me to try taking magnesium citrate. Today I drank approx. 150 mg of magnesium citrate with an 8 oz. glass of water at 10:30 AM. It is now 8:20 PM (10 hours later) and I have not had any bowel movement.

Do you have any advice for me? Should I try going to the hospital or a GI doctor? Or should I try to keep taking more MiraLax and hope that it produces better results? I am clueless as to how to proceed from here. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!
