Headache 2 days after roller coasters

I went to Kings Dominion on Sunday and rode all the rides there. At some point on a particularly jostling older wooden coaster the back of my head near where it meets my neck at the base of my skull started hurting. After this, on subsequent coasters my head would hurt more during rides with g force, like, at the bottom of a hill when starting to go back up another hill, or something similar. It would hurt more as the day went on, and eventually I just stopped riding. When I googled "roller coaster headache" it said that if you still had a headache more than a few hours after riding a roller coaster you should go to the ER. Well, it's been 2 days and I still have a slight headache in the base of my skull, kindof connecting to behind my eyes. Google is scaring me saying that it's a subderal hematoma or a minor concussion or something like that. It feels better than it did yesterday, so it's getting better, right? How would I even be treated if it were one of the scary options?

Update: Upon further googling, what I feel meets the symptoms of a "cervicogenic" headache, which can happen from whiplash. Hopefully it is this and not a brain injury

I had some pain for maybe ~2 weeks, but I'm fine now. Neck trauma is always scary though
