My BP is 114/94 after an incident a few days ago.

It feels like I've ran 8 miles when I've only gone up the stairs. I'm guessing it's because blood isn't getting to my heart as fast as it's going out. My question is, is there anything I should be imminently worried about in the next few days before I can see a doctor?

Its strange at your age to be experiencing symptoms like this. There are only a few heart conditions for people your age, so my suggestion is to see your doctor for a full cardiology work up. An EKG would be helpful as well as a stress test. A few simple tests your family doctor can order for you. Get back to me and let me know how it goes.

A blood pressure of 114/94 is fairly normal. What is your heart rate? When you feel like this, is your heart beating fast? Do you have any chest pain? Shortness of breath? How old are you? How much do you weigh? How tall are you? Do you exercise regularly?
