2 lumps in neck, scary :s

Today I felt 2 soft lumps on the right side of my neck. They're close to each other and it hurts a bit if I press on them. I think they're soft cos they move if I try to move them. My mom has a couple of lipomas, could it be that? I'm a woman in my 20s, isn't it too early to have lipomas? Can it be something else? There is no clear info on the web and it goes from strep throat to cancer so if you could enlighten me a bit it would be great. Thanks a lot!
Edit: added info, I'm thin, BMI around 21.

Sounds like lymph nodes. They swell up in response to infection. Not something to worry about - they'll most likely just go away. If they're swollen for an extended period of time, you may want to check with a doctor, but that's not uncommon either. I have two chronically swollen ones after I got mono a few years ago.

No, it would not, unless you're actually feeling sick. This is just your body's way of fighting off some sort of infection that you may not even feel.

Thanks! So do I need to take something? Would an anti inflammatory help like Voltaren?

these ones are moving and they kinda feel smaller since yesterday so I guess it will pass in a couple of days.
