I rolled my ankle today and i was just wondering if you had any tips to healing it. I heard you shouldnt rub it because itll just irritate it. Any suggestions?
If there is bruising, of if you are having trouble putting weight on it then you should try and get an x-ray to make sure nothing is broken. If there is no bruising, or bruising is minimal, then putting ice on it for 10 - 15 minute increments and minimizing activity on that ankle is your best bet to a quick recovery.
