I recently starting thai boxing and noticed that, after the last training I did, I had a massive bruise on my inner thigh (~size of my hand, dark blue).
While I'm not exactly surprised (since one of the exercise involved kicking the inner thigh), I was wondering if:
1 - It could be dangerous in any way?
2 - What about repeat occurences?
3 - Does the muscles somehow get used to it after a while (does the bruising decrease/dissapear)?
