Calf Pain

Left leg has sore lumps on near the lower and upper part of calf muscle. The lower lump is ruffly the size of a pea located at the bottom of the muscle. The upper lump is about the size of a quarter. Both are painful to the touch. It is painful to walk. Constant tightness of the muscle is causing aching. It has been roughly a week and has been exacerbated in the last few days by long periods of sitting. Walking and stretching help but only for short periods of time.
