Eye twitching...a lot.

I have researched the reasons and I don't know if I am falling into the categories or not. My right eye has been twitching everyday for at least 3 weeks. Some days a lot, some days off and on.

Possible reasons:
Stress - This is the most probable, but it happens when I am not at work, and my home life is not stressful.
Tiredness - I make sure I get 8 hours or as close to it as possible every night
Eye strain - Maybe? No pain or anything however
Caffeine - I try to stay away from it. 1 soda a week.
Alcohol - I drink 2 nights a week (fri + sat) so would that effect me on a Wednesay?
Dry eyes - Tried eye drops to no avail.
Nutritional imbalances - Maybe? Havent had blood work done in a while.
Allergies - I am allergic to polin in the early months of the year but nothing like this

I am guessing stress but I took a vacation and still had it on vaca and when I got back.

Any idea's what could cause it? A remedy? Or just your thoughts?

edit: Thanks in advance!

Could just be a tick. Are they long twitches, or just winks?

very quick little twitch, but when it happens, they happen in long packs. So for 5 minutes it may keep twitching. No one else can see it, just me feeling it.

Sounds like a tick to me. Have you been diagnosed with ADHD?

No. I am 28 and this literally just started. Never had this happen before this long spurt.

Nope. Same routine, same job, same everything. I am stupified on what it is. Happening as I type this. Should I get blood work done?
